Cruise St. Thomas

St. Thomas

St. Thomas

With it's dramatic hillsides and sparkling turquoise waters, we found St. Thomas (U.S. Virgin Islands), a 12 mile by 3 mile island of 56,000 people, breath taking. We exited the ship and walked three miles into town. At least ten taxis tried to give us a ride, but we refused because the walk felt great. We stayed in town for only a short while, because the local merchants were too aggressive. We didn't buy anything, although we heard it's a great place for duty-free jewelry.
